Uyo Super Eagles’ 20-man camp fills up for AFCON 2025 qualifying

In preparation for their 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualification match against Libya, 20 players have reported to the Super Eagles camp in Uyo.

With the arrival of seven players on Tuesday morning, the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel became the vibrant home base of the team, increasing the number to nine.

Later in the day, eleven additional players, though, swarmed the team’s camp.

One player who has not yet reported for duty is Chidera Ejuke Ejuke; the others are Kelechi Iheanacho and Osayi-Samuel.

The Godswill Akpabio International Stadium practice pitch was the site of the first team practice, in which all twenty players participated.

Both journalists and the general public were welcome to attend the meeting.
