In what appears to be a defamation suit, Nollywood actor Frederick Leonard has taken legal action against Stanley Ontop, a director and media figure.
Frederick, represented by Uche Okoro & Co., petitioned the Delta State Police Command, alleging that Stanley Ontop had been “reputation unprovoked” for more than two years in a string of defamatory statements.
Frederick went on to accuse Stanley of spreading rumours about him in the public eye in the petition he filed on January 28, 2026.
On Monday morning, Frederick posted the petition to his Instagram site and threatened Stanley, saying, “I’m coming for you.”
Mr. Stanley Chibueze Ajemba, also known as Stanley Ontop, was captioned by Frederick on the petition letter. The law will execute its full course against you; you have been served. People will follow you if you lead. There must be proof in support of any claim or allegation. I will pursue you.
