Two setbacks for Kwara United as injuries mount

On Matchday 27, Kwara United will face Abia Warriors without Bright Babatunde and Alao Mohammed.

Both athletes are presently resting up after hurting themselves.

Last year, Babatunde and Mohammed were instrumental in Kwara United’s victory in the President Federation Cup.

This season, Kwara United have found it difficult to remain at the top of the NPFL standings.

On the other hand, Mustapha Salisu, who was sent off for a red card and had to serve a one-match suspension, is back in the lineup.

On Sunday, the Umuahia Township Stadium will host a match between Kwara United and Abia Warriors.

With 29 points, the Harmony Boys are in sixteenth place, and the Abia Warriors are in fifth place, with forty.
