Known as half of the renowned gospel duo the Adegbodu Twins, the late Taiwo Adegbodu has left a void in the Nigerian gospel music world.
Shared on social media by Taiwo’s twin brother and musical collaborator Kehinde Adegbodu, the sad news broke on Sunday.
Kehinde expressed his deep sorrow over the passing of his brother and ministry companion in an emotional post.
If you’re going to abandon me and your children without warning, TAIWO, he asked in his letter.
Lord, how are you going to help me deal with this world without him? My heart is breaking.

The gospel duo Taiwo and Kehinde Adegbodu were well-known in Nigerian churches and Christian events for their energetic ministry, twin-stage shows, and passionate worship.
In the South-West area in particular, they became famous for their live performances and music.
