Taiwo Oyedele’s nomination as minister-designate in President Bola Tinubu’s administration has been approved by the Senate.
After a unanimous vote in the Committee of the Whole approved the nomination, Senate President Godswill Akpabio made the announcement of approval.
According to Gistcon, Oyedele is rumoured to succeed Mrs. Doris Uzoka-Anite as the Minister of State for Finance.
Just a few days after being nominated, Bola Tinubu sent his name to the Red Chamber to be confirmed by the parliamentarians.
