During halftime of their Champions League last-16 second leg match, Galatasaray substituted out forward Victor Osimhen. In the first half, Osimhen was involved in a collision that looked to have broken his arm.
But the Super Eagles hero fought until halftime, when Leroy Sane came on to start the second half in his place.
Even before he came in, Galatasaray had fallen behind 1-0 to an attempt from outside the penalty area by Dominik Szobozslai.
The victors from Turkey took a 1-0 lead into the second leg in England. In the quarterfinals, Paris Saint-Germain will be waiting for the victor of this match.
