American musician Nicki Minaj has filed a lawsuit against Dr. Penking, a Nigerian influencer, accusing him of copyright infringement and harassment.
“Nicki Minaj should understand that she has gotten old and retire,” the Nigerian social media influencer captioned an old steamy video of Minaj that she published on Saturday on X.
Before he used her video to “harrass” her, Minaj wanted to know if he had her consent to do so. After that, she let him know that she had included him in her lawsuit.
Is it okay with you to use this old video of mine to harass me on this or any other platform? “The suit has just been amended to include you,” she wrote.
