“It happened in many games,” Guardiola says of Man City’s shortcomings

Pep Guardiola, manager of Manchester City, has pointed out where his squad can make improvements following Saturday’s 1-1 Premier League tie with West Ham.

Guardiola saw Man City lose at West Ham, causing them to lose ground in the Premier League title race to Arsenal.

Konstantinos Mavropanos and Bernardo Silva scored for each sides, resulting in a draw at the London Stadium.

While speaking to the media following the game, Guardiola said that City need work on their “creativity and also in the final third” to better compete with other teams.

“Ultimately, we rely on our creative abilities, and we’ve had a tough season,” Guardiola stated.

We needed to step it up in the last third. Neither of us did it. It was a common occurrence throughout the season.
