Isaac Fayose, a popular figure on social media and in Nigerian industry, has predicted that President Bola Tinubu will not receive 20% of the vote in the South East region in the upcoming 2027 elections.
In response to the City Boys’ recent appearances in Imo State, Fayose made the assertion in a Facebook post.
The Daily Post states that early last week, supporters of Seyi Tinubu’s presidential campaign in Imo State were joined by members of the City Boys Movement.
Despite the attendance of luminaries like the Cuban Chief Priest, a popular socialite and businessman, and others, the trip was criticised for the low turnout of attendees.
Reacting, Isaac Fayose said he is ready to stake N10 million with the City Boys, stating that unless the election is rigged, President Tinubu can’t secure 20% of total votes cast in the region.
“The City Boys Movement’s last outing in Owerri, Imo state, was a humiliating spectacle… ”
