Premier League team Manchester United have been handed two conditions by captain Bruno Fernandes to remain beyond this summer.
Reports surfaced last year suggesting that United turned down a £100 million bid to transfer Fernandes to Saudi Arabia.
However, as he approaches his 32nd birthday, the Portugal midfielder is thinking about his future in Old Trafford.
United are prepared to offer Fernandes a contract worth £400,000 a week, but he has other priorities.
According to the UK Mirror, the Red Devils must play in Europe as a first requirement.
Presently, the squad has 51 points, good for third place.
Additionally, Fernandes is keen on the idea of Michael Carrick being appointed as a permanent member of the club once his current contract ends in June.
