Ray Parlour, a legendary Arsenal player, has warned his former team about four “quality” players that Chelsea will be fielding in their Premier League match against the Gunners on Sunday at Emirates Stadium.
On the pitch, Mikel Arteta’s squad could face some challenges from players like Joao Pedro, Cole Palmer, Enzo Fernandez, and Moises Caicedo.
While speaking with Metro, Parlour also highlighted the possible influence of Chelsea’s excellent midfield play.
He cautioned Arsenal about Chelsea, saying, “You’ve got to be wary of Chelsea because they have quality players.” Arsenal produced a strong performance against Tottenham Hotspur in their most recent match.
Joao Pedro is on fire up front, and Chelsea’s midfield trio of Cole Palmer, Enzo Fernandez, and Moises Caicedo is a frightening prospect.
The Gunners, though, will play in their own stadium. If they score first against Chelsea, the Blues could fold under the intense pressure of the crowd.
