Prominent Nollywood actor Taiwo Hassan, better known by his stage name Ogogo, has explained why he will not step in to mediate the altercation between Funke Akindele and actress Toyin Abraham. Ogogo revealed this information while speaking with Feel Right TV.
Funke Akindele allegedly ignored Toyin Abraham at Sunday’s premiere of actress Iyabo Ojo’s film, according to the Gistcon. Eight months after they reconciled after a long feud, the incident occurred.
Ogogo made it clear that “women’s fights are too complicated to get involved in” when she refused to discuss the incident during the interview.
Ogogo taunted the couple, calling them “unwise men” for interfering in women’s drama, while criticising them for being foolish enough to ignore God’s blessings on their careers in show business.
“I stay out of women’s arguments. God has blessed them both. They seem to be battling for what? In contrast to women, who tend to magnify minor problems, males tend to shrug it off and go on. He made it clear that interfering is challenging.
The comment by Ogogo followed Saje’s announcement the day before that they had reconciled and that she had asked them to remove the drama from social media.
