Skales accuses the Cubana Chief Priest of politicising the Jos attack, saying, “Where’s your conscience?”
Cubana Chief Priest, a socialite, has come under fire from well-known Nigerian artist Skales for politicising the Palm Sunday attack in Plateau State.

According to the Gistcon, on March 29, 2026, a number of people were killed at the Gari Ya Waye community in Angwan Rukuba, Jos, Plateau State.

In response to the murder, Cubana Chief Priest, who backs President Bola Tinubu’s administration, asserted that the incident, which took place on Tinubu’s birthday, was a plot by the opposition to humiliate him.

Skales questioned his conscience after becoming enraged by Cubana Chief Priest’s account of the fatal attack.

“This guy is delusional,” Skales remarked, accusing him of losing his humanity due to selfish interests. It’s unbelievable that he stated that. You don’t care about anything but the President’s embarrassment; life is lost. It’s unbelievable that you took the time to write this garbage. Your conscience is where? Don’t you have children?

According to the Gistcon, Mr. Macaroni, artist Ice Prince, and Peter Okoye are among the celebrities who have criticised the Nigerian government for failing to protect citizens’ lives.
