In a public dedication ceremony, Nigerian artist Innocent Idibia—better known by his stage as 2Baba—and his wife Natasha Osawaru welcomed their baby into the world.
Over the weekend, close relatives and friends attended the small but joyous dedication. Social media footage that was referenced by Gistcon showed the happy parents-to-be dancing their way to the altar with their baby in tow, with relatives cheering and applauding behind them.
Just three months after their traditional wedding in May of 2025, the happy couple brought their first child into the world in November of the same year, the ceremony will take place.
Standing next to Natasha, 2Baba could be seen in a spare, sophisticated suit, appearing serene and introspective while flashing an occasional smile. As the congregation watched, Natasha eventually gave the priest charge of the baby’s prayers.
During the dedication, 2Baba remained calm and focused solely on his wife and newborn boy, ignoring the persistent public curiosity about his high-profile divorce from Annie Idibia.
