A court in the Federal Capital Territory has ordered security authorities to investigate and prosecute those implicated in the alleged Norsemen Club International (DNKI) National Executive Council (NEC) inauguration and leadership retreat.
Justice George Basil Okwenna ordered the injunction on Friday, prohibiting the defendants from acting as DNKI leaders or hosting any NEC-related events until the substantive lawsuit is decided.
Additionally, the court ordered the Enugu police and other security services to crack down on anyone trying to carry out the inauguration as scheduled.
One of the court decisions prohibits the first nine defendants from falsely claiming to be the International President or a member of the National Advisory Council (NAC) or the National Executive Committee (NEC) of DNKI.
