The Super Eagles will have to win their last six qualifier games to secure their spot in the 2026 World Cup finals, which will be co-hosted by the US, Canada, and Mexico.
“We have the quality; we have what it takes to win,” the 29-year-old told BBC Sport Africa. We still can’t believe we’re not attending the World Cup. Even though we were shorthanded in the last qualifying games, I have faith that our regular players will be back next year to assist us out.
