He went on to say that some victims and their families of the former governor’s administration had decided to forgive, despite everything that happened.
He should learn to deal with his karma with grace, dignity, and faith; we who he formerly traumatised and whose families he framed and brought before the Kaduna courts and police forgive him.
“If our society persists in doting on former leaders who ought to be held responsible for their deeds while in office, it conveys a loud and unmistakable message to those currently holding power that they will likewise be shielded once they step down from office.”
