Sevilla won 2-1 over Real Valladolid in Tuesday night’s LaLiga match at the Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan Stadium thanks to a goal by Chidera Ejuke, who scored his first LaLiga goal.
This was the Rojiblancos’ second victory in La Liga so far this year.
When Jesus Navas was substituted in the 61st minute, Ejuke came off the bench to start the game.
Just before halfway, Gerard Peque put Sevilla ahead. However, Valladolid pulled one back on 56 minutes through Kike Perez.
But with five minutes remaining, Ejuke scored the game-winning goal.
Two minutes after the hour mark, Suso came on for his countrymen Kelechi Iheanacho, who had started the game.
After the win, Sevilla climbed up the standings to the twelfth spot.
